Retail Merchandiser & Sales Representative (Part‑Time)

About the role

Merchandising Consultants Associates (MCA) is a Canadian‑owned leader in retail merchandising and in‑store execution. We are looking for a reliable Retail Merchandiser and Sales Representative to join our Yorkton team on a part‑time basis, supporting top brands in grocery, drug‑store and big‑box environments.

Key responsibilities

• Set up attractive product displays and arrange merchandise according to detailed planograms, ensuring optimal visibility and brand representation.
• Build, modify, and dismantle displays while adhering to client quality and branding standards.
• Maintain product stock levels, install signage, and perform additional merchandising services as required.
• Complete online reports, upload photos and provide regular updates using image‑recognition and scanning apps.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted representative of MCA.

Required profile

• Previous merchandising experience preferred, especially in grocery, drug‑store or big‑box settings.
• Ability to read and execute planograms accurately.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including taking photos and using imaging apps.
• Self‑starter mindset, professional attitude and appearance.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.
