About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.
• Process customer purchases and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns both in person and by phone.
• Maintain all checkout work stations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
• Ability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Approachable demeanor with the stamina to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced setting.
