About the role

The Oak Bluff Outlet is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join a small, close‑knit team. The role blends front‑of‑house sales duties with back‑of‑house inventory handling, allowing flexibility based on experience and interests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, process sales accurately using the POS system, and keep the sales floor and front counter tidy.
• Stock, straighten, and organize merchandise, ensuring clear and accurate pricing.
• Receive and unload pallets, identify product condition, and research appropriate retail pricing.
• Prepare and organize merchandise for the sales floor while maintaining clean work areas.
• Optional duties for experienced candidates: test electrical or mechanical products, troubleshoot defects, operate a forklift, and take greater responsibility for product evaluation and pricing.

Required profile

• Dependable with consistent punctuality and reliable transportation to the Oak Bluff location.
• Clear communication in English and ability to work well in a small team.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Comfortable working independently when needed.

Required skills

• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Forklift operation.
• Product testing and troubleshooting.
• Electrical and mechanical testing of merchandise.
