About the role

Join Talize as a Retail Floor Team Member in Barrie. You’ll help create a welcoming, sustainable shopping experience by assisting customers, keeping the sales floor organized, and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product recommendations, and handle register transactions, including refunds and exchanges.
• Maintain merchandise availability by restocking shelves, returning fitting‑room items, and ensuring displays meet visual standards.
• Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Perform opening and closing duties, answer incoming calls, and assist with donation‑door operations.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and loss‑prevention procedures; report spills, hazards, and suspicious activity promptly.

• Friendly, dependable, and energetic with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment and stay calm under pressure.
