About the role
Arctic Spas Ottawa is looking for a Retail Clerk / Customer Service associate to join its Nepean store. The role involves assisting shoppers with product selection, handling transactions, and testing spa and pool water. You will help maintain a welcoming and organized retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product information.
- Operate the cash register and process purchases.
- Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness.
- Support store opening and closing procedures.
- Test spa and pool water (training provided).
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail experience (preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Cash register operation.
