Retail Associate – Skin Care Coach (Yaletown)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Skin Care Coaches – our term for Retail Associates – to join the skoah team in Yaletown. No prior skin‑care experience is required; you will receive comprehensive training to guide guests through personalized skin‑care programs and support our estheticians throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Coach guests into customized skin‑care routines and recommend suitable products.
• Assist Skin Care Trainers (estheticians) during daily operations.
• Build and nurture relationships with regular and new guests, creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
• Set personal performance goals in collaboration with managers and trainers.
• Take on additional responsibilities across the company when interested.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with both weekend days, or part‑time with at least one weekend day.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑service‑oriented role.
• Retail experience and a genuine passion for skin‑care.
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Strong communication skills to promote facials, marketing initiatives, and drive sales.
• Team‑player mindset that contributes to a fun, supportive work environment.
