Key responsibilities

• Maintain service quality and atmosphere to company standards.
• Manage workflow for smooth and efficient service.
• Evaluate daily performance, provide coaching and feedback.
• Identify career advancement opportunities for team members.
• Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards, protocols and regulations.
• Communicate departmental needs to place employees for success.
• Supervise employees, offering guidance, support and compassion.
• Assist the management team when needed.
• Act as a link between staff and management, managing relationships.
