Restaurant Operations Supervisor

About the role

Sammy's Steak & Pizza is seeking a proactive Dining Establishment Managing Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations in Swan Hills. The role combines budget analysis, staff leadership, and inventory management to ensure profitability and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze budgets and adjust menu pricing to maintain profit margins.
• Monitor revenues and control labour costs.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Balance cash, prepare balance sheets and related financial reports.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Coordinate events and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
• Availability for shift or on‑call work, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and flexible hours.
• Fluency in English (and French if required by posting).
• Ability to work in a rural, staff‑accommodation setting.
