About the role
Daebak Jib Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its Windsor location. You will ensure smooth service delivery, maintain high standards of safety, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage staff.
- Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant restaurant management experience.
