Restaurant Manager – Stratford, ON

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Tim Hortons location in Stratford, ON. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and develop budgets to control food, ingredient, and supply costs.
• Monitor revenues, labour costs, and staff performance to maintain profitability.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Adjust food preparation methods, menu pricing, and service procedures based on budget constraints.
• Maintain inventory, balance cash, and complete financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Negotiate catering contracts and address customer complaints.

Required profile

• College or CEGEP diploma (1‑2 year program).
• 1 to less than 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• First Aid, CPR, and Food Safety certifications.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable team‑player attitude.
