About the role
We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Stoney Creek location. You will be responsible for driving profitability, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring a safe, efficient environment for staff and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze the budget to identify opportunities for profit growth and maintain financial performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory control and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Supervise a small team (1‑2 employees), fostering teamwork and ensuring consistent service quality.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, delivering high‑level customer service.
- Coordinate and manage special events and promotions within the restaurant.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP level education.
- 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Team player comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work shift schedules and use public transportation.
