About the role
We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Church's Chicken location in Stoney Creek. The role involves managing staff, ensuring food quality, and handling customer concerns.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and create staff rosters.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for the outlet.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Oversee the work of 1 to 2 team members.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality.
- Team player with initiative and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
