About the role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Montfort Mediterranean Grill in Burlington. The manager will oversee staff performance, control budgets, and ensure a high‑quality dining experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budgets and implement strategies to boost profitability.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, conduct reviews and provide coaching.
- Supervise daily operations, including cash handling, balance sheets and financial reporting.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure health‑ and safety regulations are met.
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients for food, catering and other services.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and address customer complaints promptly.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Willingness to relocate (relocation costs not covered).
