About the role
Join our team as a Restaurant Manager at Burger King in Mont‑Royal. You will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, driving sales, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
- Recruit, train, and schedule restaurant personnel.
- Supervise daily operations and ensure service standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and service offerings.
- Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and financial reports.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Negotiate catering contracts and facility usage with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues.
- Organise and oversee special events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or fast‑food management.
- Availability for early‑morning, morning, or day shifts and on‑call work.
