Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our ONroute location in Dutton, Ontario. You will ensure excellent customer service, maintain safety standards, and drive profitability in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment while working flexible shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and supervise a team of 5‑10 staff.
• Organise and maintain inventory while ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Address customer complaints, participate in marketing plans, and evaluate daily operations.
• Supervise staff scheduling and training.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Accurate, dependable and organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication, client‑focused and flexible.
• Efficient interpersonal skills, reliability and the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and overtime.

Required skills

• MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Point of sale (POS) system proficiency.
