About the role
We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Sam's Pizza location in Riverton. This full‑time position involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to control labour costs.
- Monitor staff performance and set work schedules.
- Plan and organize daily restaurant activities.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
