About the role
We are looking for a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at the Riverton Motor Inn. In this full‑time position you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction across our hotel facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train and schedule cleaning staff, providing on‑the‑job guidance as needed.
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Inspect rooms and public areas, addressing any issues promptly.
- Prepare budgets, cost estimates and maintain financial records for housekeeping operations.
- Recommend and arrange additional services such as repairs, painting or equipment replacement.
Required profile
- Strong client focus with dependable and reliable work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and good judgement under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
