About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Burger King location in Thunder Bay. You will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive profitability in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
- Conduct performance reviews and supervise a team of 5‑10 employees.
- Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and control costs.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and address customer complaints.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Strong client focus and excellent communication skills.
- Dependable, flexible and organized.
- Team player with reliable interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
- Electronic cash register operation.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Point of sale (POS) system usage.
