About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Burger King location in Angus, Ontario. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring service quality, managing inventory, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and supervise a team of 5‑10 employees.
• Organize and maintain inventory while negotiating with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and address customer complaints.
• Participate in marketing plans and evaluate daily operations.

Required skills

• Electronic cash register operation.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
