About the role

Chipotle is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its restaurant team as Crew Members. In this fast‑casual environment you will help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Work at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo.
• Prepare menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food‑safety standards.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and supporting teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking and food‑preparation techniques.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the location.
