Restaurant Assistant Manager

About the role

Join our team at McDonald's in Sparwood as a Restaurant Assistant Manager. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team of over 20 staff members, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage employee scheduling.
• Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Address customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.
• Plan, direct, control and evaluate daily restaurant operations.

Required profile

• College or non‑university certificate/diploma (1‑2 years).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant or fast‑food management.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle fast‑paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
