About the role
We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, maintain profitability, and ensure excellent customer service at Pizzaberg Cafe in Okotoks.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
- Evaluate, plan and organize daily operations.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in the field.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
