About the role
Join Pizza Hut in Sidney as a Restaurant Assistant Manager, supporting daily operations and driving profitability. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and develop budgets for food, ingredients, supplies, and labor to maintain profitability.
- Plan, organize and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Supervise, train and motivate staff while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports, and address customer complaints or concerns.
Required profile
- College or CEGEP education.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
