About the role
McDonald's is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations at its Carleton Place location. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring service quality, and maintaining operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
- Recruit and train staff.
- Determine service types and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Cost products and services.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
- Provide customer service.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year).
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
