About the role
We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure profitability at our Sherwood Park location.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
- Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the budget.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and staff performance.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations, including recruiting, scheduling, and training staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and manage events.
Required profile
- Client focus with excellent oral and written communication.
- Organized, team player with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
