About the role
We are looking for a Residential Construction Supervisor to lead a small crew on residential and commercial projects in Kitchener. The role involves on‑site coordination, ensuring safety and meeting schedule targets.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily construction activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Set up equipment and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Required profile
- 7 months to less than 1 year of construction supervision experience.
- Ability to supervise a crew of 3‑4 workers.
- Comfort working outdoors in noisy construction environments.
Required skills
- Reading blueprints and drawings.
- Construction scheduling and coordination.
