About the role
The University of British Columbia is seeking a Research Coordinator to support the DEVELOP Innovation pilots, an equity‑focused neurodevelopmental care program within the Department of Paediatrics. The role is based on‑site at Sunnyhill, BC Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and will involve collaboration with clinicians, investigators, and students.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with implementation of the DEVELOP Innovation pilots and related project activities.
- Create and design system tracking tools, databases, and data extraction processes to evaluate scalability and sustainability.
- Prepare meeting materials and presentations for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure accuracy of detailed project records.
- Outline timelines, monitor deliverables, and provide feedback to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute to risk assessment processes, identify mitigation strategies, and monitor project risks.
Required profile
- Ability to work onsite at Sunnyhill, Vancouver.
- Experience interacting with principal investigators, program managers, clinicians, residents, fellows, and graduate/undergraduate students.
Required skills
- Data management and database design.
- Ability to extract and analyse project data for reporting.
