About the role

Gestev, a company founded in 1992 that creates sports events, experiential marketing campaigns and shows, is looking for part‑time customer‑experience team members in Quebec City. The role involves working at venues such as Centre Vidéotron, Théâtre Capitole or other Gestev events, helping spectators enjoy memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Ticket collector – scan tickets at the entrance.
• Seat placer – welcome guests and direct them to their seats.
• Host/hostess – provide attentive service in the lounges.
• Vendor – sell merchandise or concessions.
• Promotion agent – promote partner products and services.
• Locker attendant – manage locker areas.
• Guide – give tours of the facilities.
• Stagehand – set up equipment on the floor.

Required profile

• Friendly, dynamic and smiling.
• Resourceful, autonomous and flexible.
• Interest or experience in customer service.
• Passion for events and sport.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Commitment to performing tasks well.
