Reporting Specialist

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Reporting Specialist to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide reliable insights for project stakeholders. The role supports the delivery of large infrastructure projects across Canada by ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Establish data dictionaries and KPI logs to improve data accuracy.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.
• Prepare monthly and weekly report submissions in line with project requirements.
• Lead and coordinate the reporting team to meet stakeholder and discipline team needs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Power BI dashboard development and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI features such as DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with data dictionaries, KPI tracking, and data validation.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark).
• Familiarity with integrating data from SharePoint, Excel, and SQL databases.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls concepts.
