Remote Tele‑Interviewer (Work from Home)

About the role

Dynacare is looking for a Remote Tele‑Interviewer to join its call‑center team. You will work from home, conducting phone interviews with insurance applicants to collect medical and lifestyle information, while delivering a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interview insurance applicants and complete medical/lifestyle questionnaires over the phone.
• Schedule tele‑interview appointments based on applicant and interviewer availability.
• Follow up with applicants for missing or additional information, respecting confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a remote team, stay connected online, and help maintain quality metrics.
• Provide a positive client experience that reflects Dynacare’s service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a customer‑service‑related role.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong phone communication skills and ability to document information simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a results‑oriented environment.
