About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work from anywhere while accessing live global vacancies. You will source and submit candidates for client roles and receive a placement fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review active hiring roles on the RecXchange platform.
- Identify, engage, and submit qualified candidates to client hiring processes.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Track candidate progress and receive placement fees upon successful hires.
Required profile
- Experienced agency or freelance recruiter seeking additional placements.
- Professional with a strong network of candidates across multiple industries.
- Available to work part‑time or full‑time alongside existing commitments.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
