About the role
Zirtual is seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to provide high‑quality, proactive support to busy professionals. Working independently while receiving guidance from an Account Supervisor, you will manage schedules, communications, and daily operations for assigned clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor and respond to client inboxes, draft emails, and prioritize communications.
- Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and handle data entry and file organization.
- Research, book, and coordinate travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries.
- Support day‑to‑day business operations, conduct research, and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
- Send weekly usage reports and maintain detailed client profiles.
Required profile
- 2‑4+ years of experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or small business owners.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple clients.
