Remote Customer Service Representative (Work‑From‑Home)

About the role

Teleperformance is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives to provide first‑level support for a variety of client products. You will work from home across several Canadian provinces, handling inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level solutions and troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Maintain accurate data entry in prescribed applications and schedule service calls.
• Build and sustain positive customer relationships through personalized assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure requests are handled appropriately.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer‑facing role (phone, chat, or in‑person).
• High school diploma; additional technology certification is a plus.
• At least 18 years old with strong work ethic and dependable track record.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to type at least 35 wpm and reliable hard‑wired home internet.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
