About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join its TP Canada team. This full‑time position allows you to work from home while delivering high‑quality support to customers of leading global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual (French) is a plus.
