Remote Customer Service & Appointment Setter (Alberta)

About the role

ClearResults is seeking a reliable, customer‑focused professional to work remotely from Alberta as an independent contractor. You will support Keil Electric’s home‑services operations by handling inbound calls, responding to warm leads, and scheduling appointments for field technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or approved channels.
• Provide clear information about services, scheduling options, and next steps.
• Build trust with homeowners and commercial clients through professional communication.
• Follow up on warm leads, qualify opportunities, and book qualified appointments.
• Use GoHighLevel CRM to log calls, leads, customer interactions, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, estimates, and appointment details.
• Provide backup coverage for operations in Austin and Lake Charles and be available across Pacific and Central time zones.

Required profile

• Located in Alberta and able to work remotely.
• Independent contractor mindset with ability to manage own schedule and workspace.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, inside sales, dispatch, or administrative support is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM.

What we offer

• Compensation of $15 CAD per hour for approved work.
• Additional $8 CAD bonus for each qualified appointment booked.
