Remote Accounting Practice Administrator

About the role

SNF Accounting is an Ontario-based bookkeeping and tax compliance firm serving real estate agents, e-commerce sellers and vehicle rental operators. It is hiring a reliable remote administrator to keep client files moving and help the firm grow. The position is part-time and fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Check CRA online accounts daily, then log and summarize notices, letters and deadlines, flagging urgent CRA items to the accountant the same day.
• Handle routine client communication: reminders, document requests and follow-ups.
• Keep client trackers and correspondence logs up to date.
• Reach out to potential clients using approved templates and log all leads.
• Use AI tools to draft, summarize and proofread, with human review before anything is sent.
• Provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with CRA My Account, My Business Account and Represent a Client.
• Prior residence in Canada preferred, so you know how Canadian tax administration works.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential client information, and availability overlapping Toronto business hours.
• Own laptop or computer and stable internet.
