Digital Procurement Transformation Lead (Source-to-Pay)

About the role

Agropur is looking for a Digital Procurement Transformation Lead (Source-to-Pay) in St-Hubert, Quebec. You will evolve the Procurement function by driving the adoption of technology, automation and artificial intelligence, working at the intersection of Procurement, IT, Data & Analytics and Finance to modernize end-to-end processes from sourcing to payment. The goal is to generate measurable value, improve efficiency and enable smarter business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital procurement and AI strategy, and build a Source-to-Pay transformation roadmap
• Act as subject matter expert and thought leader on AI, automation and digital tools
• Own the vision for key systems (ERP, sourcing, CLM, supplier risk management, P2P) and lead selection, implementation and optimization of tools, maximizing the value of platforms such as SAP, Coupa or equivalents
• Define and track KPIs for digital and AI initiatives, quantify gains in cost, efficiency, lead times and risk reduction, and drive continuous improvement through data and user feedback
• Support global teams in adopting tools, develop digital and AI capabilities, and advise leaders strategically
• Establish governance for data, tools and AI solutions and collaborate with external partners on innovation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, IT or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, transformation or analytics
• 5+ years leading large-scale technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and hands-on experience with AI, automation or applied data
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (strong asset)
• Change management experience and bilingualism (French/English); French is required for Quebec positions
• Experience in a global environment

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP, Coupa or similar tools
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
