Reliability Technician – Vibration Analysis

About the role

We are looking for a Reliability Technician specialized in vibration analysis to join our maintenance team in Rouyn‑Noranda. The role supports our customers by performing predictive monitoring and helping prevent unplanned shutdowns across Eastern Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct vibration, thermographic and ultrasonic measurements on industrial equipment.
• Collect oil samples for condition analysis.
• Analyze measurement data using specialised software and prepare clear reports with recommendations.
• Perform precision corrective work such as dynamic balancing, laser and geometric alignment.
• Contribute to reliability improvement programs, including lubrication strategies and preventive‑maintenance optimisation.
• Interact regularly with clients to discuss findings and advise on corrective actions.

Required profile

• DEP or DEC in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and communicate professionally.
• Fluent in French (required) and able to communicate in English (asset).
• Willingness to travel within Eastern Canada.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office.
