About the role
Join the Nursing Resource Unit at Princess Margaret Hospital, part of UHN, as a Registered Nurse. You will provide compassionate, collaborative care across the hospital, filling staffing gaps and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in line with the UHN Professional Practice Model and Ontario nursing standards.
- Apply nursing science, critical decision‑making and evidence‑based practice to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with College of Nurses of Ontario regulations and UHN policies.
- Participate in continuous education and reflective practice to improve care quality.
- Perform cross‑functional duties as assigned, supporting various units as needed.
Required profile
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (preferred).
- Eligibility for the New Graduate Guarantee program.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Flexibility to work any shift within a 37.5‑hour week.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of bedside nursing.
Required skills
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
