Registered Nurse – In‑Home Patient Support (Part‑Time)

About the role

Calian’s Patient Support Program is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide in‑home support to patients in Bancroft, ON. This casual, part‑time position allows you to schedule visits that fit both your and the patients’ availability while delivering high‑quality care directly in patients’ homes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer in‑home infusions and injections, and train patients on auto‑injection and self‑injection devices.
• Perform phlebotomy as required.
• Schedule appointments directly with patients or their caregivers.
• Complete visits at the patient’s home or other approved locations and provide follow‑up as needed.
• Document visits promptly using Calian’s proprietary system.
• Report any adverse events within 24 hours.
• Fulfill additional duties related to patient support as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse licence in Ontario.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum two years of post‑graduation nursing experience.
• Ability to work independently, organise and prioritise patient visits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong documentation, time‑management and customer‑service skills.
