Registered Nurse – Cardiac Inpatient

About the role

Interior Health is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Inpatient team at Royal Inland Hospital. You will provide direct nursing care to cardiac patients in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to cardiac patients, both independently and as part of a team.
• Enhance patient and family quality of life through consultation and collaboration with other health‑care providers.
• Apply evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement to nursing interventions.
• Maintain and advance personal clinical competence.
• Participate in hospital committees, research projects, and approved quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in British Columbia.
• Experience in cardiac or acute care nursing preferred.
• Reliable, flexible, and motivated with the ability to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑acuity hospital setting.
