Regional Sales Director – Aero and Defense

About the role
HCLTech is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive strategic growth for an Aerospace & Defense customer in Quebec. The role focuses on building executive relationships, shaping long‑cycle opportunities, and delivering multi‑year revenue in a highly regulated environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end account plan, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, and quarterly execution roadmap.
- Develop and execute growth plays, qualifying demand and crafting value propositions aligned with program objectives and compliance constraints.
- Lead RFI/RFP responses, coordinating solution, pricing, and delivery inputs to establish winning strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, digital, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services teams to shape transformation programs.
- Maintain a repeatable governance cadence, pipeline health reviews, and deal execution processes to improve win‑rate and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in senior sales or key account management within the aerospace or defense sector.
- Strong track record of delivering annual bookings and revenue growth through expansions, renewals, and new opportunities.
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior IT, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a client‑facing, hybrid work environment.
