Regional Property Manager – Edmonton

About the role

The Regional Property Manager will support Greystar’s strategic objectives for property management operations across the Edmonton portfolio. This role directs community managers, ensures financial targets are met, and upholds operational standards to drive performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets for the assigned portfolio, monitoring financial statements and addressing performance gaps.
• Inspect properties, review operational reports, and implement action plans to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Lead, hire, train, and evaluate community managers, ensuring appropriate staffing and performance alignment with company values.
• Maintain client satisfaction through timely reporting, communication, and rapid response to concerns.
• Analyze market data, identify trends, and create market plans to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct routine site and safety inspections, request capital improvements, and ensure property appearance meets standards.
• Coordinate vendor, consultant, and contractor activities, negotiate contracts, monitor progress, and process invoices.
• Prepare various HR, financial, and administrative reports and perform additional duties as needed.
