Regional Manager

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead and support multiple Kenny U‑Pull locations across a designated district, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and outstanding customer service. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on management to drive growth and maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Kenny U‑Pull locations within the assigned district, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators, develop and implement action plans to meet financial and operational targets.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Lead, mentor and support Branch Managers, fostering a collaborative work environment and driving team development.
• Develop and manage budgets for each location, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to increase profitability and control costs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service across all sites, address complaints promptly and implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute district business plans, identify market opportunities and drive growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing operations of multiple locations within a region.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with a track record of developing branch teams.
• Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets and improve profitability.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to implement operational improvements.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental and regulatory compliance in an industrial setting.
