Sales Associate – New Store Opening at Lime Ridge Mall

About the role

As a Sales Associate for Knix at the brand‑new Lime Ridge Mall location, you will help create a warm, inclusive and confidence‑building experience for every customer. You will be part of the grand opening team, shaping the store culture from day one and driving brand growth in the Hamilton community.

Key responsibilities

• Create a comfortable, uplifting end‑to‑end experience for all customers.
• Listen to customers’ needs and guide them to the right Knix products, ensuring a perfect fit.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, support visual standards and keep the store customer‑ready.
• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment, promotions and current KPIs.
• Escalate issues or opportunities to the Manager on Duty as needed.

Required profile

• Passionate about Knix’s mission and able to translate that into measurable brand growth.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment and consistently meets sales targets.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and adapts quickly to change.
• Skilled at reading customer cues and creating memorable, supportive interactions.
• Comfortable handling difficult customer situations and using feedback for improvement.
• Team player who contributes to a positive, productive floor atmosphere.
