Recruitment Specialist

About the role

GardaWorld is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead high‑volume, full‑cycle hiring for frontline, operational and administrative positions within its Aviation Services unit. You will partner with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth, compliant recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including career fairs, networking events and social media outreach.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates.
• Screen, assess and interview candidates to determine fit.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support hiring managers with interview best practices and candidate evaluation.
• Monitor recruitment trends, recommend process improvements and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Measure candidate experience through feedback and surveys.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience working in a compliance‑driven or regulated environment is an asset.
