About the role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients calling or visiting the practice, representing its professional image. This role involves managing front‑desk activities, handling communications, and supporting administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Greet clients, escort them to the waiting area, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Receive, record, and transmit telephone and other messages accurately.
- Update client business records and maintain organized files.
- Prepare billing documents, process payments, and handle related financial transactions.
- Perform a variety of other related front‑desk and administrative services as needed.
Required profile
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping and billing.
