About the role
Join Global Auto as a Receptionist and become the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will support daily office operations while delivering friendly, professional customer service in a fast‑moving automotive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and answer telephone calls.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for staff and service bays.
- Process invoices, receive and issue payments, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Order and maintain office supplies, handle mail distribution, and keep work records and logs up to date.
- Enter data accurately into computer systems and maintain electronic correspondence.
Required profile
- High school graduation (secondary school certificate) or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
- Availability for day shifts and occasional weekends.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using accounting or bookkeeping software.
- Basic computer literacy, including email and spreadsheet handling.
