Receptionist – Front Desk & Guest Services

About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Facilities, you will manage the front desk, coordinate meetings, and support internal events while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct inbound calls, record messages, and relay them promptly.
- Greet visitors, manage sign‑in/out logs, and notify hosts of arrivals.
- Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and internal event logistics.
- Maintain the reception area, ensure lobby security procedures are followed, and keep the front desk tidy.
- Prepare internal memos, correspondence, and labels using Google Workspace.
- Assist with meeting room setup, guest sign‑in, and provide directions to meeting spaces.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of front‑desk or receptionist experience.
- Strong analytical ability to understand visitor needs and route them correctly.
- Basic project and process management skills for event support.
- Effective time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
Required skills
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
