About the role
As the first point of contact for visitors, callers and correspondences, you will manage the reception area and provide administrative support across the organization. The role combines traditional receptionist duties with finance, facilities and office‑services responsibilities, requiring strong organization and multitasking abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and screen visitors, maintain daily logbook and issue visitor key fobs.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls, manage mail, deliveries and courier services.
- Maintain a welcoming reception area and monitor building security systems.
- Update appointment calendars, book meeting rooms and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate office supplies, food orders and support company committees.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, collating and faxing.
- Deposit checks using the CMiC RDC machine and run bank errands.
- Assist with facilities tasks including temperature regulation and access‑control system (Brivo) management.
Required profile
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with Brivo access‑control system.
- Familiarity with CMiC RDC check‑deposit machine.
